Source Notes:
We set up on stage to Charlie's left, facing across him to the face
of the drum kit on Charlie's right. The result was an attempt at a 
DFC split of the sources.  Since we were on stage without monitors 
the banter is barely intelligible and very weak.

Random Notes:
* Kind of a late start and as soon as Charlie and Scott sat down and
were comfy, they started. Consequently a few seconds of the first 
moments of music were lost.  Not more than 22 seconds, max. (Catch the 
full treatment at the 2012-11-05 show posted here.)
There may have been 80 people in the bar... and they were vocal.
