Main source time/pitch stretched to 104.23% to match FOB, which seems to have an all digi lineage and therefore no pitch issues.  FOB patch source used to patch in drums and space.  Transition between CDs 2 and 3 is seamless.

Quality Note: The original source had EQ appied to it.  There's also a warbly quality to it, whether from the EQ or cassette wow, I don't know.  Slowing the speed seems to have actually made it less obvious, rather than more as I was expecting.  Go figure.
