Notes:
Hitting BARN70, I now circle right to where the BARN series started at BARN1, my very first archival release.  I *had* to start my series with the Col. Bruce Hampton set from Bret & Joyce's wedding as they had been wanting to hear it for AGES, so as a good friend, that was the release that had to inaugerate my BARN series.  Bret continued to ask me about the Rana set but in my hazy memory of their wedding which is now 5 1/2 years in the past, I remembered recording, dancing-to, and enjoying the Col. Bruce set, but getting very tired after that and retiring to the car for a some sleep before waking up just as this set was finishing to collect Jen and head back to our hotel.  But I did not have any recollection of recording it!  I certainly didn't witness any (or much) of it, but when digging through my archives for some other show (and I'm not sure what it was I was looking for) I managed to come across this DAT of mine, misfiled in my collection.  So I HAD to add it to my queue.  I never was a big Rana fan, but this is a LONG (just under 3 hours) one set show from them which (I can only assume) covers most of their repetoire at the time and is quite listenable.  The sound, being inside a tent, is not stellar, but it's very listenable and (as opposed to the Col. Bruce sets) the crowd isn't too chatty (apparently someone early on in the show was really excited to have an iPod PACKED with great music), as I guess most of the less-hardcore people (i.e. those who would be standing by the soundboard chatting and not dancing right in front of the stage) had gone to bed by this point.

Anyway, Bret provided the setlist for me, so I assume it's correct.  Apologies in advance if there are any errors.
