Notes: There was a very packed house at this show.  Due to someone stepping on or pushing down on the gear bag, the UA5 pre-amp was shut off just after Rocker Part II.  Lost 24 minutes of audio.  Had to patch in Rocker II through 40's Theme and part of the encore break from the mk4v source
