The following fix was made to this source: the transition between disks 2 and 3 was made seamless.  Fades at the end of disk 2 and the beginning of disk 3 were reverse faded, identical splice points identified and splice point volume matched using the statistics tool, all in Cool Edit 2000.  Shntool was used to correct resulting sector boundary errors.

FOBAUD provided the files to me (droncit); I just cut them into tracks using DC10 forensics (beta).  There were a couple of instances of very loud sounds for fractions of a second.  I decreased the gain on those so that they didn't determine the overall loudness, then renormalized Set I to -.5dB.  Set II didn't have any spots like that, and was close enough to -.5dB that renormalization wasn't needed. No other processing done.
